Welcome

The ethos of YTBW is all about meeting individual needs within the neighbourhoods and communities we serve.

We offer transport within Merseyside, Cheshire and Lancashire and only charge exactly what it costs to operate the particular service.

The common terminology for our trading format is “Social Enterprise” and in recovering our costs we can ensure that the service is sustainable and that YTBW are able to maintain the highest standards.

Our fleet consists of a diverse range of sizes with 30 vehicles at present.

Wheelchair accessible transport

YTBW have expanded the range of vehicles with wheel chair accessibility, they all can carry two wheelchair passengers. These vehicles include 9 seaters (6 seated) , a 20 seater Midi (14 seated passengers) and a 36 seater Midi coach (28 seated). We have recently added 3 school buses to our fleet with capacity to carry 2 wheelchair passengers and 49 seated.

Wheelchair accessible transport

The staff at YTBW are amongst the best trained transport providers with MIDAS, PATS and First Aid Training under their belts together with Daily inspection training for drivers. All staff are also CRB checked and possess an enhanced check.

Your Travel Borough Wide is constantly upgrading its fleet to ensure that member organisations can derive the most flexible benefits. We have a variety of vehicles with a good selection able to carry wheelchair passengers.

YTBW maintain an average of 28 vehicles ranging from mini buses, coaches and school buses.

Your Travel Borough Wide activities has helped increase the mobility amongst the elderly and infirm groups across the borough through safe, affordable, wheelchair accessible transport, a vital lifeline for the most vulnerable in the community.
