17th & 18th December 2009 - Christmas Parties for Training Providers, Work Based Learning, Pensioners Groups & Service Users.

Held over two days, the event was a PR exercise set out for the purpose of giving individuals, groups, training providers and KMBC staff the opportunity to meet the Your Travel team on a social level as opposed to speaking on the telephone and with the view of building up a closer relationship with all customers attending.

On the whole, the event went extremely well and was enjoyed by all who attended. So successful in fact, YTBW hope to repeat the event again next year but bigger and better!

Over the period of Christmas, we received Cards and letters of approval from many of those who attended.

Held in the Conference Centre of North Mersey Business Centre, where a hot and cold buffet was prepared by one of the team while staff waited on guests, serving food and drinks, there was even a Father Christmas amongst them handing out prizes from the bingo games and generous raffling of winter hampers all prepared by the YTBW team.
