Your Travel Borough Wide prides itself on ensuring that all of the team are trained to the highest standards and to this end all staff are regularly updated in first aid, PAT – passenger assistant training scheme and MIDAS – minibus driver awareness scheme.
Together with procedural matters YTBW also sets out to achieve higher than average standards in Community Transport which seen both the Chief Executive and Operations Manager both achieved a CPC in National Passenger Transport.

All YTBW staff are either MIDAS, PATS and or First Aid trained, they have also been CRB checked to ensure greater health and safety of all user groups.
Our drivers are fully trained in all safety aspects relating to loading, securing and the transporting of wheelchair passengers.
