The fleet has moved on from its original starting point of six minibuses and two coaches to its current fleet comprising of the following: 14 and 16 seat minibuses, 6 and 8 seat accessible minibuses, 24/32 seat accessible, 40/41, 45/49, 55/68 seat coaches, and 55 seat school buses with disabled lift.

YTBW maintain an average of 28 vehicles and whilst the changes to upgrade take place the service is kept at the highest standards.

The classic dilemma shared by all Transport Operators is how to make the transition from excessive maintenance costs associated with older fleet vehicles to a fleet renewal policy. YTBW has benefited from monies covenanted by Knowsley Development Trust which has facilitated the purchase of 4 yellow buses which were specifically built as school buses and are of late make and models. Together with these vehicles a fleet of eight late registration minibuses have been purchased.
